It's been a few weeks since I last updated here, but I figured I'd give you all something to read!

So what have I been up to? Mostly college work; we've begun our first block projects in all three classes, which is exciting if a bit scary. To summarize:

1. The Hug: Due to the current lockdown, there are many individuals such as myself that haven't seen their family in months & could really use a hug that they simply can't get, so the entire class will be animating hugs in some way. I have an idea of what mine will be, but you'll have to wait and see!

2. Loading Screen: We have to make a splash/loading screen for a video game. We were given a hypothetical name: Masked, although as long as we remain relevant to masks as a topic, we can make it for whatever we want. Again, I have an idea, and you can expect some initial concept sketches over the next few days that show what I've got planned!

3. Identity & Masks - Inwards & Outwards: We'll need to produce 3 exploratory drawings & 5 finished analytical drawings. We've been working on this the longest, and I have plenty of ideas & character designs lined up for it, but I'll need a while to really show you what I've got.

There's a lot to do, but thankfully I feel pretty confident about doing it all - enough so that I've been doing other things in the background!

• Personal Project 1 - Opening Sequence: You might have seen the first Work in Progress already, but I am currently animating an anime-style opening sequence as a pet project. I'll be using the opening theme of Rooster Teeth's RWBY season 6 as a basis, though this is purely for fun & practice of course. It's a lower priority project compared to other things going on, so expect the progress on this to be slow.

• Twitch - Kris' Hot Bun Bakery: I've started streaming art again! It's been a while, so I don't expect much of an audience, but I'm having fun with it regardless. I'm streaming here & there right now, so I don't really have a schedule, however that might be subject to change. Come say hi every now and then! • Commissions - Coming Soon?: I've been hesitant to take commissions for a while, and while I don't expect many of them, I am considering re-opening them soon. Currently I am only taking a handful from certain people, but keep an eye open if you're interested in having something drawn!
